How can we make a booking/payment?

  • You can make a booking online by using our booking form.
  • You can pay us online by charging your credit card or pay us cash when we come to pick you up.
  • You can make bookings by phone by calling us on 0508 SHUTTLE (748 885) from any landline only.
  • You can give our office information about your credit card and we can charge your credit card.

What if I have extra luggage as a Bike in the Box/Skis/Golf Bags etc?

You can mention this fact while making the booking and pay us extra $10 for each of the oversize bags as we may have to send a van with a trailer behind to accommodate your luggage.

What is your CANCELLATION policy?

All prepaid transfers the Cancellation Policy is as under:

  1. Notice prior to 48 hours - Refund less $50 administration charges.
  2. Notice prior 24 hours - 48 hours - Refund 50% of the transfer involved.
  3. Notice less than 24 hours - No Refund.

When do I make a booking?

All bookings/payments should reach our office THE DAY PRIOR to your transfer date before 1700 hrs. Beyond this time; no bookings/payments will be accepted for the transfer pertaining to the NEXT DATE.

If I have a compliment/Complaint against the driver/service; what do I do?
